What kind of warranty comes with Valencia seating?
All our theater seats come with a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty covering the frame, reclining mechanisms, and electronic components.
Can I customize the configuration and leather type?
Absolutely. You can choose from various configurations including straight or curved rows, and select from premium Top Grain Italian Nappa Leather 11000 or 20000 series in multiple colors.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard, in-stock items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do the seats require a dedicated power outlet?
Each motorized seat requires a standard power outlet. For rows of multiple seats, we recommend using a high-quality power strip or surge protector to manage the connections efficiently.
